Birth:
Free consult
Minimum 3 prenatal appointments to build a birth preferences list, chat about options and practice pain management/comfort measures during labor, as well as review postpartum preparation and infant care.
In person birth support until 1-2 hours after the birth
2 Home visits after birth to debrief your birth, basic breastfeeding support, and refer you to any resources needed (lactation, counseling, pelvic floor, etc.)
Unlimited text/call/email support throughout the pregnancy
On-call 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after due date for labor support
Hypnobirthing education
Essential oil aromatherapy during labor
Access to and instruction on using a TENS unit for pain management during labor
