Minimum 4 prenatal appointments to build a birth preferences list, chat about options and practice pain management/comfort measures during labor, as well as review postpartum preparation and infant care.
In person birth support until 1-2 hours after the birth
2 Home visits after birth to debrief your birth, basic breastfeeding support, and refer you to any resources needed (lactation, counseling, pelvic floor, etc.)
Unlimited text/call/email support throughout your pregnancy

POSTPARTUM ADD ON
If booking the Rose Birth Package and would like to book only 15 hours of postpartum support as an add on, you will recieve a $100 discount for a total of $1,525.
If booking the Grace Birth Package and would like to book only 15 hours of postpartum support as an add on, you will recieve a $100 discount for a total of $1,675.

Day/Night Add On: 15 hours of postpartum day support and 5 nights (9pm-6am) with doulas Emily Cracknell and Aryel Sawdey. You'll recieve a $100 discount for a total of $2,225.

This is the perfect option for a family who is not looking to have a regular postpartum support schedule, but would love to have a couple hours of care here and there when they are in need of support at any point in their postpartum journey.

LACTATION ADD ON- $250
Rose Birth & Wellness and Central Coast Lactation have collaborated to meet all of your birth, postpartum, and lactation needs! This add on includes lactation support from Aryel Sawdey, who is an incredibly knowledgable and ecperienced lactation specialist. This add on not only provides you with support both prenatally and postpartum, but saves you $100 on Aryel's lactation services.

-1 prenatal dedicated to lactation education. 2 hour minimum located at Aryel's office in Paso Robles or on zoom.
-1 in home postpartum visit to address lactation and breastfeeding questions, challenges, and concerns. During this in home session Aryel is hands on with latching, milk supply, clogged ducts, oral restrictions, and more.
-1 month of ongoing text/call support postpartum.
