As a Doula, my goal is to give you and your family the attention and knowledge you need to make an informed plan about your pregnancy, labor, and 4th trimester.​ I believe every woman (and family) deserves education, advocacy, and support when bringing a baby into this world. I am honored to be a Doula. I am passionate about being an advocate for women and their families, ensuring that their preferences and bodies are being respected. I believe in your innate ability to birth and am dedicated to encouraging you and being a reliable person on your birth team! I look forward to celebrating you, cultivating a safe space, and empowering you.
I am an thoroughly trained birth & postpartum doula who has experience with all types of birth from VBAC, unmedicated, inductions, to cesareans, home birth, and medicated births. Read more about my training below!
